GENDER AND NUMBER IN NOUNS AND PRONOUNS. Common nouns and pronouns will be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular and plural, as the identity of the person or persons, firm or corporation may in the context require. The singular shall include the plural and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter, and vice versa, as the context requires. Any reference to the Code, the Act, or statutes or laws will include all amendments, modifications, or replacements of the specific sections and provisions concerned.
