Gear. The landing gear and wheel xxxxx will be clean, free of leaks and repaired as necessary. Wheels and brakes shall be in a half life condition or better.
Gear. The District agrees to supply to each elementary school one (1) raincoat and one (1) pair of boots. The District also agrees to supply two (2) raincoats and two (2) pairs of boots for the Maintenance Shop. The District agrees to provide six (6) shirts for each member of the unit each year. Employees shall be required to wear all District provided shirts. The District agrees to provide employees with their annual allotment of shirts no later than September 1 of each year. In the event that the District fails to meet the September 1 deadline, employees shall not be required to wear District provided shirts until the time when shirts are distributed to the employees. The District will provide a shoe allowance of up to $160.00 per year. Employees will purchase work shoes and be reimbursed after submitting an appropriate receipt. Employees may purchase multiple pairs of shoes throughout the year for reimbursement up to a maximum provided above. The District reserves the right to reject a purchase that it does not deem work appropriate for the unit member’s position and responsibilities. The District agrees to provide District issued cell phones to Maintenance employees, provided each maintenance employee issued a cell phone agrees to, and signs off on, a District issued cell phone policy. The Union consents to the District=s implementation of a cell phone policy. Unit members who are identified as part of the District Safety Plan- Emergency Response Phone List, shall be either (1) provided with a district-owned cell phone; or (2) compensated $40.00 per month for use of their personal cell phone. Unit members who are provided with a district-owned cell phone will be required to comply with the District’s policy on the use of District issued cell phones. Unit members who are part of the Emergency Response Phone List will be required to respond, as instructed, when contacted in an emergency situation.
Gear. Tribal Members will use methods of take as outlined in the Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations when gathering Shellfish, and gathering must be consistent with the requirements of the Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations.
Gear. There should be an option of leaving the gear at the venue overnight. Venue must be open for picking up gear the next day at any time relevant to the band’s touring schedule. If this is not possible secure parking overnight is crucial! Please advise.

Gear. Section 1: Except as set forth in this section, all employees shall annually be provided six (6) long sleeve shirts, six (6) short sleeve shirts and a $750 prorated clothing allowance. The clothing allowance shall be paid in a lump sum during the first month of each contract year during this Agreement. In lieu of the preceding benefit, the City shall provide each employee in the classifications of mechanics uniforms. Employees shall wear the uniforms and shirts when working and shall not wear the uniforms or shirts unless working or coming to or going from work. Employees shall at the start of each work shift assure that their clothing is serviceable and clean.
Gear. INTRACOASTAL MARINE, LLC shall furnish the use of all towing hawsers and bridles necessary for this towage service which shall be in all respects fit for the intended service, but INTRACOASTAL MARINE, LLC shall be entitled, without expense, to the use of any of the TOW's gear, power, anchors, anchor chain, radio, communication and navigational equipment, or other available gear and to the aid of her crew, to the extent that such items exist.

Please check for lipstick/chap stick marks and clean those off accordingly before putting glasses/cups away.  Wipe down outside of dishwasher, empty dishwasher food trap into trash and wash out.  Counters and sinks wiped down with the water and bleach solution.  If used, please wipe inside and out microwave oven; wall/warming ovens, inside the refrigerator and refrigerator door.  Run garbage disposal in large double sink by dishwashing machine to clear food waste (Please do not put any food waste in small sinks).  Wipe out Alto-Shaam (Warming Ovens) and clean food trays if used.  Rinse out any Dish Tubs.  Empty any tubs of excess ice outside, if used.  Sweep floor of food debris.  Empty large trash bin into the dumpster (if feasible). If not please notify front desk. B BQ’s:  Make sure propane is turned off after use  Clean grill racks with wire brush and wipe up any spills /food debris from the BBQ  Leave outside to cool.  Please check with Front Desk regarding storage of cold and cleaned BBQ’s PATIO:  Return outdoor umbrellas and furniture to original positions.  Wipe down outdoor furniture if spills have occurred.  Dispose of trash/food waste and cigarette butts in trash receptacles. The following applies if any food and/or beverages have been served in these rooms: GREAT ROOM:  Wipe down tables with bleach /water solution. (Located under the sink in the kitchen next to the coffee maker).  If linens have been used or rented, please shake off any food debris in trash receptacles and place linens in mesh bags provided. Sorting by color or type is not necessary.  Notify front desk of any beverage spills as soon as they occur.  Empty any trash receptacles into large trash can in kitchen and then empty that into the dumpster (if feasible). If not please notify front desk.  Sweep/Vacuum carpet of any food debris. (These items are located in the cupboard next to Men’s restroom.

  • GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.
