Tanks containing sludge shall have the liquid inventory determined by taking ullage measurements and averaging the physical measurements obtained through several of the Tank’s gauging hatches, still xxxxx or other openings using a steel gauging tape with attached xxx. As mutually agreed by the Inventory Team, several determinations will be made until an agreement in inventory levels is reached.
