Gauging Tanks Containing Sludge Clause Samples
The "Gauging Tanks Containing Sludge" clause defines the procedures and responsibilities for measuring the contents of storage tanks that have accumulated sludge. In practice, this clause typically outlines the methods to be used for accurate gauging, such as specifying the use of specialized equipment or requiring the presence of both parties during measurement.
