Gathering Services. Gatherer has agreed to connect, receive, gather, compress, dehydrate, treat, and process, as applicable, and redeliver, any Gas produced from the Xxxxxxx Dedicated Properties and owned or controlled by Producers or their Affiliates, on the Xxxxxxx Gathering System, for the fees and on and subject to the terms and conditions provided in the Agreement.
Gathering Services. Gatherer shall provide Gathering Services to Shipper on a Firm Service basis for all Gas Tendered by Shipper up to the Contract MDQ applicable to each Term of this Agreement for so long as each such Term is effective.

Gathering Services. In accordance with the terms and subject to the requirements of this Agreement, Gatherer, or Gatherer's designee, shall perform Gatherer shall perform, on a firm guaranteed capacity basis, Gathering Services for Owner's Daily Deliverability of Gas up to the Maximum Daily Quantity and in that regard agrees to purchase, build, own and operate. Gatherer shall also perform Gathering Services on a non-guaranteed capacity basis for that quantity of Owner's Gas that exceeds the Maximum Daily Quantity. Actions that Gatherer shall take in performing the Gathering Services include, at Gatherer's sole cost and risk, purchasing, building, owning and operating facilities necessary to perform the Gathering Services. With respect to xxxxx drilled subsequent to the date hereof, Gathering Services shall be in accordance with the Facilities Development Plan attached hereto as described in Exhibit B hereto. If for any reason Gatherer is unable for any reason to perform Gathering Services for the entire quantity of Owner's Daily Deliverability of Gas, then such excess quantities of Gas shall be released from commitment hereunder until Gatherer is able to provide Gathering Services for such Gas. Gatherer agrees to ; provided however, that if Gatherer for any reason fails to provide Gathering Services for such Gas within ___ days or within the period of time necessary to satisfy any lease obligations, then Owner shall have the right to have such Gas released from this Agreement. Gatherer shall install field gathering facilities as set forth in Exhibit B.
Gathering Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Gatherer agrees to accept, Gather, Compress, measure, and dehydrate, as necessary, all of Shipper’s Gas tendered to Receipt Points and deliver such Gas to Delivery Points, less Fuel and L&U (“FL&U”). Gatherer shall also provide the foregoing services with respect to Gas tendered by Shipper on behalf of BBC pursuant to the exchange contemplated by Section 1.1 above and such Gas shall be accorded the same priority as Shipper’s Gas under the terms and conditions of this Agreement
Gathering Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Gatherer agrees to accept, Gather, Compress, measure, and dehydrate, and perform Carbon Dioxide Treating with respect to, as necessary, all of Shipper’s Gas tendered to Receipt Points and deliver such Gas to Delivery Points, less Fuel and L&U (“FL&U”). Shipper shall have the ability to designate Receipt Points that would receive either the Low Pressure System or Medium Pressure System service requirements with sufficient notice to Gatherer for any New Capital Projects needed to make such adjustment as provided for in Section 6.2 of this Agreement. In addition, Shipper shall have the right, upon not less than twelve (12) months’ notice, to request that Gatherer convert any Facilities that were Approved New Capital Projects, in whole or in part, from Medium Pressure System to Low Pressure System and to modify such Facilities that comprise the Medium Pressure System and/or construct new Facilities, as necessary, and in either case as a New Capital Project, to convert the receipt and Gathering of Shipper’s Gas on the Medium Pressure System to the receipt and Gathering of Shipper’s Gas on the Low Pressure System.
Gathering Services. For each Day during the Term, (i) Gatherer agrees to provide Firm Service on the Gathering System for Customer Gas delivered to the Gathering System in a quantity not to exceed Customer’s Firm Service Gas for such Day, and Interruptible Service for all quantities in excess of Customer’s Firm Service Gas for such Day, and deliver to Customer, or for the account of Customer, at the applicable Points of Delivery, Equivalent Quantities of Customer Gas received from Customer at the Points of Receipt, and (ii) Customer, or its designee, shall accept such Equivalent Quantities of Customer Gas at the Points of Delivery. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, it is acknowledged and agreed that Customer is under no obligation to deliver any minimum amount of Gas to Gatherer hereunder; accordingly, Customer shall not have any liability (financial or otherwise) for Customer’s failure to deliver any particular quantity of Gas to Gatherer; provided, however, the foregoing sentence shall not reduce or eliminate Customer’s obligation to pay the fees provided herein. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, if Customer Gas is nominated to the Gathering System at a pressure of at least 750 psia at the Regency 24” Interconnect, Gatherer acknowledges and agrees that Gatherer shall deliver such nominated Gas to the Lincoln Parish Plant (via the Gathering System’s twenty four inch (24”) pipeline) and to the Mount Olive Plant (via the Gathering System’s twelve inch (12”) pipeline). Gatherer and Customer agree the maximum firm capacity that may be nominated from the Regency 24” Interconnect and delivered to the Mount Olive Plant is 120,000 MMBtu per Day.
Gathering Services. (a) Gatherer shall construct, own, operate and maintain all Individual Systems in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standards customary in the industry and in compliance in all material respects with applicable Laws.
Gathering Services. In accordance with the terms and subject to the requirements of this Agreement, Gatherer, or Gatherer’s Authorized Representative, shall take delivery of 100% of Owner’s Reserves delivered to Gatherer at the Receipt Point(s), now through the Term, subject only to Force Majeure events, Normal and Routine Maintenance, and capacity constraints caused by downstream pipeline(s) and re-deliver Equivalent Quantities of Gas (less Owner’s pro rata share of Lost and Unaccounted for Gas and Fuel) for Owner’s account at the Delivery Point(s).
Gathering Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Gatherer agrees to Gather and deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Shipper, or for the account of Shipper, at the Delivery Points designated on Exhibit “B,” the total Thermal Content of Shipper’s Gas received at the Receipt Points, less FLU and Condensate as allowed under this Agreement. Shipper’s Gas, up to the MDQ or the Pressure-Adjusted MDQ or the Adjusted MDQ, as applicable, shall be Firm Capacity Gas and given priority as described in Article 3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions.
