Gate surveillance. The goal of that process is to monitor and profile surroundings in front of and inside ABC Gates all the time. It is related to the need to ensure security and to increase travellers’ comfort. Gate surveillance process must control travellers queue and ensure an adequate queue length. It must also looking for suspicious travellers’ behaviour and detecting other potentially dangerous situations (for example attempt to smuggle explosive substances).
