Common use of Gas Vendor Information Clause in Contracts

Gas Vendor Information. 5.3.1 The Gas Distributor shall not use or disclose any Gas Vendor information except in accordance with this Agreement or the Rule. Where the Gas Distributor requires the consent of the Gas Vendor to disclose Gas Vendor information, the Gas Distributor shall request such consent in writing, and shall provide the specific reason(s) for the request.
