Common use of Gas Imbalances, Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.17 or as disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the most recently delivered Reserve Report, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments that would require the Parent, the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from their respective Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding two Bcf of gas (or its equivalent) of gas in the aggregate on a net basis.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on in Schedule 3.17 or as disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the most recently delivered Reserve Report3.24, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or take-or-pay arrangements or other prepayments (including deferred production agreements or volumetric production payments) with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties or production therefrom that would require the Parent, the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons either generally or produced from their respective the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding two Bcf of gas (or its equivalent) of gas in the aggregate on a net basistherefor.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.17 4.25 or as disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the most recently delivered Reserve Report, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments that would require the Parent, the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from their respective Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding two Bcf of gas (or its equivalent) of gas in the aggregate on a net basistherefor.

Except as set forth on Schedule 3.17 3.23 or as disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with on the most recently recent certificate delivered Reserve Reportpursuant to Section 5.11(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments (including pursuant to an Advance Payment Contract) that would require the Parent, the any Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from their respective the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding two Bcf of gas (or its equivalent) of gas in the aggregate on a net basistherefor.

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.17 or as disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the most recently delivered Reserve Report3.19, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments that (including pursuant to an Advance Payment Contract) which would require the Parent, the Borrower or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries Loan Party to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from their respective the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding two Bcf a volume equal to one (1) bcf of gas (or its equivalenton an mcf equivalent basis) of gas in the aggregate on a net basisaggregate.

Except as set forth on Schedule 3.17 or as disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders in connection with the most recently delivered Reserve Report7.18, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments that which would require the Parent, the Borrower or any of the Restricted its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from their respective Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor exceeding two Bcf one-fourth of a bcf of gas (or its equivalenton an mcf equivalent basis) of gas in the aggregate on a net basisaggregate.
