Common use of Gas and Electricity Clause in Contracts

Gas and Electricity. Landlord shall arrange, at its sole cost and expense and in Tenant's name, for the supply of gas and electricity to the Premises. Tenant shall be responsible for determining if the local supplier of gas and/or electricity can supply the needs of Tenant and whether or not the existing gas and/or electrical distribution systems within the Building and the Premises are adequate for Tenant's needs. Tenant shall pay all charges for gas and electricity as so supplied to the Premises.
