Common use of Gas and Electricity Clause in Contracts

Gas and Electricity. The occupancy date will be the date of turnover of all gas and electricity ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Owner. The Construction Manager shall notify the gas and electricity suppliers and the Owner in writing as to the date of billing turnover at least 45 calendar days prior to such date.

Gas and Electricity. 13.1.1 The occupancy date will be the date of turnover of all gas and electricity ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the Owner. The Construction Manager Contractor shall notify the gas and electricity suppliers and the Owner in writing as to the date of billing turnover at least 45 calendar days prior to such date. 13.1.2 The Owner shall be responsible for notifying the gas and electricity suppliers of start-up billing failing which the Owner shall reimburse the Contractor for all charges accruing thereafter.
