Gainsharing. The Parties acknowledge that suggestions for gainsharing improvements may arise or be negotiated at any time during the life of this agreement to provide additional (one-time or ongoing) payments. Where such initiatives are identified, the Bargaining Principals will meet to review the proposal and consider whether it should be included within the scope of this Memorandum.
