Upon gaining a new dependent (or dependents) due to any of the following triggering events an eligible individual, or an eligible individual on behalf of himself and his eligible dependents, may elect to enroll in the Plan within 60 days after the date of the triggering event: i. Marriage; ii. Birth; iii. Adoption or placement for adoption; iv. Child support order or other court order (except for a court order to cover a former spouse);
