Upon request of the Purchaser, the Seller shall cause to be delivered to the Purchaser a certified true copy of such Fidelity Bond or a certificate evidencing the same with a statement that the Seller shall endeavor to provide written notice to the Purchaser thirty (30) days prior to modification or any material change.
