Future Transactions. At any time after the Effective Date, if IAC advises Match that IAC intends dispose of all or a portion of its interest in Match (including by way of a distribution to IAC’s shareholders), Match agrees to cooperate and take all action reasonably requested by IAC to facilitate such a transaction.
