Future Reports to the Agents and Forward Purchasers. For so long as the delivery of a prospectus is required in connection with the offer and sale of the Shares, the Company will furnish to the Agents and Forward Purchasers at the applicable addresses set forth on Schedule 4 attached hereto: (i) as soon as practicable after the filing thereof, copies of each proxy statement, Annual Report on Form 10-K, Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, Current Report on Form 8-K or other report filed by the Company with the Commission, FINRA or any securities exchange; and (ii) as soon as available, copies of any report or communication of the Company mailed generally to holders of its capital stock; provided that, in each case, the Company will be deemed to have furnished the foregoing documents as required by this Section 7(z) to the extent they are filed with the Commission and publicly accessible on XXXXX.
