Future Program Guidance. In addition to complying with the ACO Reporting Manual, Contractor shall operate in compliance with all future VMNG program manuals, VMNG guidance and VMNG policies and procedures, as well as any amendments thereto. Future modifications that have a significant impact on Contractor’s responsibilities, as set forth in this Contract, will be made through the Contract amendment process.
