Future Program Guidance. The State shall make its best efforts to publish a Hoosier Healthwise MCE Policies and Procedures Manual on or before the Contract award date and no later than the Contract start date. In addition to complying with the Hoosier Healthwise MCE Policies and Procedures Manual, the Contractor shall operate in compliance with all future program manuals, guidance and policies and procedures, as well as any amendments thereto. Future modifications that have a significant impact on the Contractor’s responsibilities, as set forth in this Scope of Work, will be made through the Contract amendment process.
