Future Modification. In the event funding is provided or authorized for salary increases and/or increments for full-time and/or associate academic employees during this Agreement, the parties agree to reopen this section to determine the distribution of the salary increase.
Future Modification. In the event funding is provided from a legislatively authorized funding source that has been mutually bargained, including for funds other than a legislative appropriation, the parties agree to reopen this section to determine the distribution of the salary increase.
(1) Compensation to address the state funding for Nursing; and, (2) “high demand” areas. The parties mutually agree to have a limited reopener to address Article XXII (Priority Associate).
Future Modification. If Lessee desires to modify or replace any of the Lessee’s Antennas or RRUs with new or like kind, it shall seek the prior approval of County, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, prior to said replacement which may be subject to further structural analysis and approval of plans by the County, and pay a transaction charge to County for its review of the same which charge shall be reasonable, and if the weight or length of said replacement antennas are different than the existing, County shall have the right to adjust the Rent payable hereunder, as a condition of its approval. Lessee shall obtain all required permits required by applicable permitting authorities and provide a copy to County prior to installation of replacement or new antennas.
Future Modification. All changes to the design of the Power Plant desired by the Operator shall be subject to the review and approval of PNOC-EDC and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Except as set forth in Section 4.7.2 and this section, neither Party shall have the right to make or require any changes in the design of the Power Plant without the prior written consent of the other Party.
