Future Iterations Clause Samples
The "Future Iterations" clause defines how updates, modifications, or new versions of a product, service, or agreement will be handled after the initial version is delivered. Typically, this clause outlines whether the client or user will have access to future updates, under what terms, and if additional fees or renegotiations are required for subsequent versions. Its core practical function is to set clear expectations regarding ongoing improvements or changes, thereby preventing disputes over entitlement to future enhancements and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations as the offering evolves.

For purposes of the avoidance of doubt, Intellon shall not be obligated to include in the delivery of any Subsequent Design any additional functionality or interfaces not included in the Initial Design that do not comprise or facilitate portions of [*****] (e.g., [*****]. Intellon agrees that in the event that Intellon removes such functionality from the Design, Intellon will validate that the Design functions properly without the removed circuitry.
