Common use of Future Funding Clause in Contracts

Future Funding. The Grant provided pursuant to this Agreement shall not be deemed to be an actual or implied promise of the Commission to fund the Project except as provided for herein. No representation by the Commission, or its members, employees or agents, shall be binding unless set forth in writing and signed by the Executive Director. In addition to the other remedies provided by law or in this Agreement, if the Grantee fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, the Grantee shall not be entitled to additional funding for the Project.
