Common use of Future Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Future Expenditures. Except as set forth on Exhibit 7.13.6, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries anticipate that the future expenditures, if any, by the Company and its Subsidiaries needed to meet the provisions of any existing federal, state or foreign governmental statutes, orders, rules or regulations (including all Environmental Laws) will be so burdensome as to result, or create a material risk of resulting, in any Material Adverse Change.
