Foreign Trade Regulations. Neither the execution and delivery of this Agreement or any other Credit Document, nor the making by the Company of any borrowings hereunder, nor the guaranteeing of the Credit Obligations by any Guarantor, nor the securing of the Credit Obligations with the Credit Security, has constituted or resulted in or will constitute or result in the violation of any Foreign Trade Regulation.

Foreign Trade Regulations. Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary is (a) a person included within the definition of “designated foreign country” or “national” of a “designated foreign country” in Executive Order No. 8389, as amended, in Executive Order No. 9193, as amended, in the Foreign Assets Control Regulations (31 C.F.R., Chapter V, Part 500, as amended), in the Cuban Assets Control Regulations of the United States Treasury Department (31 C.F.R., Chapter V, Part 515, as amended) or in the Regulations of the Office of Alien Property, Department of Justice (8 C.F.R., Chapter II, Part 507, as amended) or within the meanings of any of the said Orders or Regulations, or of any regulations, interpretations, or rulings issued thereunder, or in violation of said Orders or Regulations or of any regulations, interpretations or rulings issued thereunder; or (b) an entity listed in Section 520.101 of the Foreign Funds Control Regulations (31 C.F.R., Chapter V, Part 520, as amended).

Foreign Trade Regulations. The term "Foreign Trade Regulations" means (a) any act that prohibits or restricts, or empowers the President or any executive agency of the United States of America to prohibit or restrict, exports to or financial transactions with any foreign country or foreign national, (b) the regulations with respect to certain prohibited foreign trade transactions set forth at 15 C.F.R. Parts 730 et seq., 22 C.F.R. Parts 120-130 and 31 C.F.R. Parts 500 et seq. and (c) any order, regulation, ruling, interpretation, direction, instruction or notice relating to any of the foregoing, all as from time to time in effect.

Foreign Trade Regulations. (1) The Supplier shall comply with all applicable national and international export control, customs and foreign trade regula- tions (“Foreign Trade Regulations”). The Supplier shall notify the Purchaser in writing no later than 2 weeks after ordering, and promptly in case of any changes, about all information and data required by the Purchaser to comply with Foreign Trade Regulations on export, import as well as re-export.
Foreign Trade Regulations. 17.1 The Supplier shall comply with all applicable export and import re- strictions, customs, and foreign trade regulations (“Foreign Trade Reg- ulations”) in relation to all services to be provided and/or all products to be delivered according to this agreement. The Supplier shall obtain all necessary export licenses pursuant to the applicable Foreign Trade Regulations. In particular, the Supplier represents and warrants that none of its prod- ucts nor its services, provided under this agreement contain prohibited products and/or services under the Foreign Trade Regulations applica- ble to the Customer.

Section 540), the Libyan Sanctions Regulations (31 C.F.R. Section 550), or the Comprehensive Anti-Apartheid Act of 1986 (Pub. L. 99-440), (iii) a person on the list of "Specially Designated Nationals" published by the Department of the Treasury, 51 Fed. Reg. 44459 (1986), or (iv) an entity listed in Section 520.101 of the Foreign Funds Control Regulations (31 C.F.R., Chapter V, Part 520, as amended).
