Common use of Future Certifications Clause in Contracts

Future Certifications. (a) Future certifications are those that certified after March 1, 2004 and are members of CSSEA. (b) For future certifications, the non-monetary provisions of the Collective Agreement will become effective four (4) months from the date of certification. The monetary provisions of the Collective Agreement will become effective four (4) months from the date when the agency is added to the Order in Council, making the agency a member of CSSEA.
