Future Certifications Sample Clauses

Future Certifications. (a) Future certifications are those that certified after March 1, 2004 and are members of CSSEA. (b) For future certifications, the non-monetary provisions of the Collective Agreement will become effective four (4) months from the date of certification. The monetary provisions of the Collective Agreement will become effective four (4) months from the date when the agency is added to the Order in Council, making the agency a member of CSSEA.

Future Certifications. Future certifications are those that certified after March 1, 2004 and are members of CSSEA. (3) The terms of this Collective Agreement shall be effective six (6) months after the date of certification or six (6) months after the agency is added to the Order in Council making them a member of CSSEA, whichever is later.
