Future Awards. The Plan is discretionary in nature and the Company may modify, cancel or terminate it at any time without prior notice in accordance with the terms of the Plan. While RSUs or other awards may be granted under the Plan on one or more occasions or even on a regular schedule, each grant is a one time event, is not an entitlement to an award of RSUs in the future, and does not create any contractual or other right to receive an award of RSUs, compensation or benefits in lieu of RSUs or any other compensation or benefits in the future.

Future Awards. In addition to the above long-term incentive compensation awards, awards of Unit options, Unit grants, restricted Units and/or other forms of equity-based compensation to the Employee on or after the Effective Date may be made from time to time during the Employment Term by the Board in its sole discretion, whose decision will be based upon performance and award guidelines for executive officers of the Company and Linn Energy established periodically by the Board in its sole discretion.
Future Awards. Future awards, if any, are strictly subject to the sole discretion of the Committee and receipt of any Award does not guarantee that a Participant will receive future Awards.
Future Awards. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to or shall be construed to impose any obligation on Company to grant stock options or restricted stock units to Employee other than the Equity Awards granted by Company’s Board of Directors or a duly authorized committee thereof prior to execution of this Agreement.
Future Awards. Executive shall be eligible for such future grants of stock options and other equity awards as may be determined by the Board or its Compensation Committee.
Future Awards. Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any equity incentive plans of the Company. All such options or other equity awards will be made at the discretion of the Company’s Compensation Committee or the Company’s Board of Directors and shall be pursuant and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable equity incentive plan, including any provisions for repurchase thereof. The option exercise price and value of any equity award granted to Executive will be established by the Company’s Board of Directors or its Compensation Committee as of the date such awards are granted but shall not be less than the fair market value of the class of equity underlying such award.
Future Awards. Executive will continue to be eligible to receive such other long-term incentive awards as determined by the Board in its sole discretion.
Future Awards. Employee shall be eligible to participate in the Plan on the same terms and conditions as other similarly situated senior executives of the Company, in accordance with the Plan, as may be amended from time to time.
Future Awards. The Executive will be entitled to receive future awards granted by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors pursuant to any equity program or long-term incentive plan that may be maintained by the Employer from time to time.
