Future API. ASLAN may if it chooses, contract with Array to perform additional Chemistry and Manufacturing Controls (CMC) activities and ARRY-543 manufacturing necessary to complete the Development Program. The terms and conditions for such CMC and manufacturing activities shall be set forth in a separate agreement to be negotiated in good faith by the Parties. The price to be paid for supply of ARRY-543 shall be [ * ] of Array’s [ * ] any such ARRY-543. For the avoidance of doubt, ASLAN shall be free to use a Third Party supplier instead if it wishes.
