Common use of Future Amendments Clause in Contracts

Future Amendments. Subject to any applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code now existing or hereafter enacted, including Section 715.72(L) of the ▇▇▇▇ Statute, the parties may amend this Agreement, including Exhibit A, from time-to-time by and through a written amendment approved by the respective legislative authorities of the Parties, to (a) add real property within Jersey to the territory of the District, or (b) remove real property from the territory of the District; provided that the public hearing requirement of the ▇▇▇▇ Statute has been met with respect to each such amendment. Parties shall schedule and hold the public hearing, and take legislative action within ninety (90) days of written receipt of a petition to add or remove real property.
