Further Acts Each party agrees to perform any further acts and execute and deliver any further documents that may be reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions and intent of this Agreement.

Janus agrees to provide to INTECH copies of the Trust's Trust Instrument, bylaws, Registration Statement, written policies, procedures and guidelines and written instructions and directions of the Trustees and Janus, and any amendments or supplements to any of them at, or, if practicable, before the time such materials become effective.
Further Assurances Each party shall do and perform, or cause to be done and performed, all such further acts and things, and shall execute and deliver all such other agreements, certificates, instruments and documents, as the other party may reasonably request in order to carry out the intent and accomplish the purposes of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
