Further Provision. 18.1. The laws of the Republic of Cyprus apply hereto and take precedence and the Courts of Limassol shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve all and any disputes arising from or in connection with a User's use of the UrentBike EKS rental system as well as use of it in Cyprus, even if the User does not have a place of general jurisdiction in Cyprus or has transferred his/her place of residence or usual abode to a country other than Cyprus after conclusion of the contract or if the User's residence or usual abode is unknown at the time of the legal dispute's arising or when the User is a registered trader or legal entity under public law or has public special assets.
