Common use of Further Authorization Clause in Contracts

Further Authorization. The Liquidating Trustee and the Oversight Committee shall be entitled to seek such orders, judgements, injunctions and rulings as they deem necessary to carry out the intentions and purposes, and to give full effect to the provisions, of the Plan and this Trust Agreement.
