Further Authorization. Without limiting the provisions of Section 13.8, Lenders irrevocably authorize Administrative Agent, at its option and in its discretion:
Further Authorization. The Governmental Unit agrees that the Finance Authority shall do all things necessary or convenient to the implementation of the Program to facilitate the Loan to the Governmental Unit.
Further Authorization. The Liquidating Trustee and the Liquidating Trust Board shall be entitled to seek such orders, judgments, injunctions and rulings as they deem necessary to carry out the intentions and purposes, and to give full effect to the provisions, of the Plan and this Trust Agreement.

The authorization set forth in this power of attorney includes the right to amend this Agreement to respond to comments from the SBA in connection with the Partnership’s SBIC license application.

The authorization set forth in this power of attorney includes the right to amend this Agreement to respond to comments from SBA in connection with the Partnership’s SBIC license application, provided, however, that no amendment shall be made pursuant to this Section 10.07(b) unless the General Partner reasonably shall have determined that such amendment will not (1) subject any Limited Partner to any material adverse economic consequences or (2) alter or waive in any material respect the duties and obligations of the General Partner to the Partnership or the Limited Partners.
Further Authorization. The Company will take, or cause to be taken, such further actions as may be necessary or appropriate to authorize the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by it.
