Further Assurances of Subordinated Representatives. Each of the Subordinated Representatives shall, at the expense of the Issuer, at any time and from time to time promptly execute and deliver all further instruments and documents, and take all further action, that the Senior Representative or the Security Trustee may reasonably request, in order to protect any right or interest granted or purported to be granted hereby or to enable the Senior Representative and the Security Trustee to exercise and enforce their rights and remedies hereunder.
