Further Assurances of Delivery. The Borrower covenants and agrees to take all actions reasonably requested by the Custodian in order to facilitate the Delivery of Account Property owned by it and Delivered hereunder, including, providing certifications required in connection with the transfer of any such Account Property subject to restrictions on transfer.
