Further Advice. 13.1 Further advice can be obtained from the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development regarding implementation of this policy. 13.2 In the event of an unresolved disagreement between management and local representatives as to the implementation in practice of this policy, the issue should be raised with the Joint Secretariat of the National Partnership Committee who will advise accordingly.
