Further Actions and Assurances. 9.1 At any time or from time to time, on and after the Closing, Seller shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to Purchaser, all additional assignments, consents, endorsements, documents, transfer orders and instruments and take or cause to be taken all actions that Purchaser may deem necessary or desirable to vest or to confirm title to the Interests as contemplated herein and in the Instrument of Conveyance in Purchaser and Seller shall assist Purchaser in exercising any rights with respect to the Interests, and otherwise to carry out the intents and purposes of this Agreement.
