Common use of Further Action Evidencing Purchases and Reinvestments Clause in Contracts

Further Action Evidencing Purchases and Reinvestments. Seller agrees that from time to time, at its expense, it shall (or cause Servicer to) promptly execute and deliver all further instruments and documents, and take all further actions, that Administrative Agent or its designee may reasonably request or that are necessary in order to perfect, protect or more fully evidence the transactions contemplated by the other Transaction Documents, the Purchases hereunder and the resulting Asset Interest.

Further Action Evidencing Purchases and Reinvestments. Seller agrees that from time to time, at its expense, it shall (or cause Master Servicer to) promptly execute and deliver all further instruments and documents, and take all further actions, that Administrative Agent or its designee may reasonably request or that are necessary in order to perfect, protect or more fully evidence the transactions contemplated by the other Transaction Documents, the Purchases hereunder and the resulting Asset Interest.

Each Seller agrees that from time to time, at its expense, it shall (or cause the Servicer to) promptly execute and deliver all further instruments and documents, and take all further actions, that the Collateral Agent, any Administrative Agent or its designee any of their respective designees may reasonably request or that are reasonably necessary in order to perfect, protect or more fully evidence the transactions contemplated by the other Transaction Documents, the Purchases hereunder and the resulting Asset Interest.
