Common use of Furnishing of Documents Clause in Contracts

Furnishing of Documents. Owner Trustee shall furnish to Transferor and Indenture Trustee, promptly upon written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to Owner Trustee under the Transaction Documents.
