Common use of Furnishing of Documents Clause in Contracts

Furnishing of Documents. The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documents. The Owner Trustee (i) shall have no responsibility for the accuracy of any information provided to the Certificateholders or any other Person that has been obtained from, or provided to the Owner Trustee, (ii) shall not be required to investigate or reconfirm the accuracy of any such information and (iii) shall not be liable in any matter whatsoever for any errors, inaccuracies or incorrect information resulting from the use of such information.
