The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, Depositor promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Transaction Documents.

Furnishing of Documents. The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the CertificateholdersHolders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documentsthis Agreement.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish (a) to the Certificateholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic DocumentsDocuments and (b) to Noteholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, copies of the Purchase Agreement, any Subsequent Purchase Agreements, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, any Subsequent Transfer Agreements and this Agreement.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish (a) to the Certificateholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic DocumentsDocuments and (b) to the Noteholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, copies of the Purchase Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement and this Agreement.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish (a) to the Certificateholders, Owners and the Securities Insurer promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic DocumentsDocuments and (b) to Noteholders promptly upon written request therefor, copies of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Administration Agreement and the Owner Trust Agreement.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, the Class A Insurer, the Backup Insurer and the Rating Agencies promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, holder of the Trust Certificate promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, Certificateholder promptly upon receipt of a written request from the Certificateholder therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Transaction Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall will furnish to the CertificateholdersOwner Participant, promptly upon receipt of a written request thereforthereof, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, opinions, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under any Operative Agreement or any Owner Trustee Agreement, unless the Basic DocumentsOwner Trustee shall have determined that the same already has been furnished to the Owner Participant.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the CertificateholdersRegistered Owners, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, duplicates or and at the expense of the related Certificateholders, copies of (i) the 2016-B Basic Documents and (ii) all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the 2016-B Basic Documents.

The Owner Trustee shall will furnish to the CertificateholdersCertificateholders and the Manager, promptly upon receipt of a written request thereforthereof, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee hereunder or under the Basic DocumentsBond Agreements unless the Certificateholders and the Manager shall have already received the same.

The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, a Holder promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, and at the expense of such Holder, duplicates or copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Basic Related Documents.
