Common use of Funding Clause in Contracts

Funding. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Accountability Agreement, the Funder: (a) will provide the funds identified in Schedule A to the HSP for the purpose of providing or ensuring the provision of the Services; and (b) will deposit the funds in regular instalments, once or twice monthly, over the term of this Agreement, into an account designated by the HSP provided that the account resides at a Canadian financial institution and is in the name of the HSP.

Funding. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the applicable Accountability Agreement, the Funder: (a) Funder will provide the funds identified Funding by depositing the Funding in Schedule A to the HSP for the purpose of providing or ensuring the provision of the Services; and (b) will deposit the funds in regular instalments, once or twice monthly, monthly instalments over the term of this Agreement, into an account designated by the HSP provided that the account resides at a Canadian financial institution and is in the name of the HSP.
