Common use of Funding of the Recreation Center Clause in Contracts

Funding of the Recreation Center. The City shall pay all the costs of the purchase of the Recreation Center Site, the Infrastructure Payment and development and construction of the Recreation Center, subject to issuance of the Bonds.
