FUNDING CHANGES. At any time upon written notice to you the City, in its sole discretion, including without limitation based on periodic reviews of the spending levels under this Agreement, may reduce the Grant Funds. Upon reduction of the Grant Funds, you will fully cooperate with the City’s deobligation and/or reprogramming of funds. See Article 5, Grant Funds and other provisions for further terms and conditions related to City funds under this Agreement.
