FUNDING AND ENROLLMENT PROCESS. Habitat Conservation, Enrollment, and Implementation Fees contributed by Participants will be held in an account and utilized by the Administrator to implement the 2020 DSL CCAA including accomplishing the Conservation Actions. The Administrator will calculate, invoice and use the Habitat Conservation, Enrollment and Implementation Fees, and Participants will make payments of these fees, based on Appendix D of this CCAA.
