Fund Services shall issue Share. Certificates for Shares only upon receipt of a written request from a Shareholder and as authorized by the Fund. If Shares are purchased or transferred without a request for the issuance of a Share Certificate, Fund Services shall merely note on its stock registry records the issuance or transfer of the Shares and fractions thereof and credit or debit, as appropriate, the Unissued Certificate Account and the respective Shareholders' accounts with the Shares. Whenever Shares, and fractions thereof, owned by Shareholders are surrendered for redemption, Fund Services may process the transactions by making appropriate entries in the stock transfer records, and debiting the Unissued Certificate Account and the record of issued Shares outstanding; it shall be unnecessary for Fund Services to reissue Share Certificates in the name of the Fund.
