Fund Fee Clause Samples

The Fund Fee clause defines the charges or fees that are payable to the fund manager or administrator for managing the fund. Typically, this clause outlines the percentage of assets under management or a fixed fee structure, and may specify when and how these fees are calculated and paid, such as monthly or annually. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the costs associated with fund management, helping investors understand their financial obligations and allowing the fund to cover its operational expenses.
