Common use of Fund Changes Clause in Contracts

Fund Changes. (a) Keeping the Company Business in alignment with the Fund companies as it relates to Fund changes, mergers and closures. (b) Responding to the Administrator’s recommendations as to changes to Fund options, as permitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
