Fund Administration. Subject to the direction of and utilizing information provided by the Fund, the Investment Adviser, and the Fund’s agents, the Administrator will provide the services listed below. The Administrator’s provision of these services shall not relieve the Fund and the Fund’s Investment Adviser of their primary day-to-day responsibility for assuring such compliance.
