Functional Specifications. VENDOR shall provide guidance and assistance to COUNTY and COUNTY shall complete all associated tasks requested by VENDOR for the purpose of defining and approving all Functional Specifications for each of the items of Software licensed by COUNTY from VENDOR hereunder.
