Functional Overview. The DISTRIBUTOR is a provider of computing services based on open source software and software maintenance to the CUSTOMER. The responsibilities supplied by the DISTRIBUTOR are: ● Provide an online system to access the software updates and upgrades. ● Provide a system to control the service levels of every appliance or node with the software. ● Protect the sensible data of CUSTOMER and keep it secure according to the current laws. In no case ZEVENET will be responsible for any damage caused by our software as well as damage caused by the misuse of it.

In no case RELIANOID LLC will be responsible for any damage caused by our software as well as damage caused by the misuse of it.
Functional Overview. In order to provide a service for the registration, referral, and resolution of all the support services related faults and queries (of the supported products only) encountered by system administrators to the DISTRIBUTOR, the following specific responsibilities have to be supplied: ● Provision of, at least, one contact, Help Desk or similar facility. Mailing list would be recommended. ● Once reporting an issue, extract the information of the symptoms and detailed data about questions or problems reported. ● Provide the system architecture details referring to the load balancing services and the number of nodes installed at production and development environments. ● Timely referral of faults to DISTRIBUTOR as per method detailed.

The responsibilities supplied by the DISTRIBUTOR are: ● Provide an online system to access the software updates and upgrades. ● Provide an online system to maintain updated all the security signatures, lists and protection mechanism available. ● Provide a system to control the service levels of every appliance or node with the software. ● Protect the sensible data of CUSTOMER and keep it secure according to the current laws. ● Provide a platform for the registration of cases. ● Provide service support and resolution engagement for the products involved according to the established service level and personalized system architecture. ● Timely response and resolution of faults to the CUSTOMER. ● Fault resolution monitoring and production and distribution of Service Level Monitoring reports and when required.
Functional Overview. The Automated DB2 Warrant and Integrated Digitized Photo Imaging System consists of two main functional components: (1) the Automated DB2 System, and (2) the Photo Imaging System. A functional overview is provided in Exhibit 2-1 showing the subsystems of the Automated DB2 System, the subsystems of the Photo Imaging System, the data associated with each of the subsystems, the interfaces between the subsystems, and the interfaces to external systems. As shown in Exhibit 2-1, the Automated DB2 System and the Photo Imaging System are independent systems with three defined interfaces. The Automated DB2 System sends Warrant data and Seal/Unseal notifications to the Photo Imaging System. The Photo Imaging System sends UF90 data (audit data of who received a photo and when) to the Automated DB2 System. A brief description of each system/sub-system is provided in the following sections. 2.1 Automated DB2 System Overview The Automated DB2 System will be developed in MicroFocus Cobol and will execute on NYCPD's existing mainframe, the IBM 3090-400J, in a CICS/DB2 environment. (Attachment K of this contract provides the detailed hardware and software configuration of the existing NYCPD mainframe environment.) The Automated DB2 System consists of the (1) Warrant System, (2) Name Search System, (3) Sealing System, and (4) Database Conversion software. A brief description of each these systems is provided in the following paragraphs.

This includes the following specific responsibilities: • Provision of a main point of contact during Client business hours. • Extracting information from end users as per Revize Software Systems, LLC. specified list of questions (detailed in section 4) • Timely referral of faults to Revize Software Systems, LLC. as per method detailed in section 4 • Fault resolution monitoring, and production and distribution of Service Level Monitoring reports as and when required

This includes the following specific responsibilities: • Provision of a main point of contact during City’s business hours. • Extracting information from end users as per Consultant’s specified list of questions detailed in the “Information to be provided by City for Timely Response” portion of the Scope of Services. • Timely referral of faults to Consultant consistent with requirements detailed in the “City Fault Report Form” and “Method of Fault Referral” sections of the Scope of Services. • Fault resolution monitoring, and production and distribution of Service Level Monitoring reports as and when required.
