Functional Components. In addition to a replacement part, Xxxxxx-Xxxxxxx will cover reasonable labor and material costs for repair or replacement service of a functional component during the applicable Warranty period. Such repair or replacement service must be performed by a factory authorized service agent located within 100 miles roundtrip from the location of the Product. Service will be provided during normal business hours. The Owner will be responsible for any and all costs associated with additional mileage, non-standard service or overtime, and special equipment required to remove the Product so that service may be performed. The Owner is responsible for all other labor and labor related costs.

Functional Components. Tyler shall provide an eFiling System containing each of the components below by the times specified in Attachment C. Each component must be available in both a production and test environment. Each component of the system must comply with Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 10, Chapters 202 and 206.
Functional Components. Contractor will map each functional area within HRS, developing outcomes, outputs, indicators of success, indicators of failure, and metrics (leading and lagging) associated with each defined operational area. Information systems will be included in this system mapping. Positions within each functional area will be recorded, for later evaluation of comparative cost of service. Principal requirements of each area will be mapped, and used as the basis for audit functions regarding gaps. Deliverable: Contractor will map each functional area within HRS. Task 5 - Analysis of Centralized Status. Within each functional area of review, Contractor will note de-centralized Human Resource (HR) functions by Department, and by position. This will provide a matrix of centralized versus de-centralized HR service personnel, by Department. It will also allow later evaluation of comparative cost of service. Using this list, Contractor will perform field visits and interviews with each de-centralized office. Contractor will interview principal de-centralized staff in each Department, using a “outcomes/ authorities/dependencies” format, to understand both the volume of each type of work processed and the ‘dependencies’ that exist in processing this work. This will provide a good indication of overlap. This personnel will also be asked to provide work volume, and estimates of time in each function. This will assist with understanding the degree of specialization, and the span of professional practice. Evidence of the quality of these targeted work streams will be developed through observation, comparative metrics, interviews, and document reviews. Deliverable: Contractor will perform field visits and interviews with each de-centralized office.
Functional Components. The functional unit within DOH that has responsibility for the assessment and communication of human health risk assessment associated with environmental contaminants is the Bureau of Environmental Health and Safety. The Waste Management and Remediation Division, the Air Quality Division, and Water Quality Division of DEQ all have varying responsibilities for human health risk assessment, risk communication, and risk management for environmental contaminants. Activities associated with risk may have both shared and overlapping responsibilities between the two agencies. At the earliest opportunity, DOH an DEQ will inform one another of any situation where human health risk from environmental contaminants is of concern and changes in status relating to such situations. DOH and DEQ will maintain regular contact as appropriate for ongoing activities. DEQ and DOH will meet on an annual basis for the purpose of identifying projects and issues that will require close collaboration. DEQ and DOH will also identify individual activities that may be of interest to the other agency. DEQ and DOH will then identify areas of collaboration and lead and support agency roles based upon resource availability and roles as defined in this agreement. Risk Assessment For issues such as environmental monitoring, modeling, permitting, and remediation, DEQ has primary responsibility and authority to design, implement, and oversee such projects. These activities may involve basic quantitative risk assessment. DOH shall be available to provide consultation, review and comment on such projects when they involve health risks to the public. DOH and DEQ share responsibilities for pathway analysis. DOH has primary responsibility for determining dose to the human receptor including public health assessments, health consultations, exposure investigations, and health studies. DEQ shall provide consultation, review, and comment on these lead DOH responsibilities. DOH has primary responsibility for issues such as health impact of dose, risk characterization, hazard quotient or cancer risk. DEQ has primary responsibility for source assessment and contaminant migration in the environment. Results of each agency’s activities should, as a courtesy, be shared with the other agency.   • Third Party Components The Products and Services may contain third party components (including open source software) subject to separate license agreements. To the limited extent a third party license expressly supersedes this XXXX, such third party license governs Customer’s use of that third party component.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Open Source Components The DS Offerings may include open source components. Whenever notices (such as acknowledgment, copies of licenses or attribution notice) are required by the original licensor, such notices are included in the Documentation of the DS Offerings. Moreover, some open source components may not be distributed and licensed under the terms of the Agreement but under the terms of their original licenses as set forth in the Documentation of the DS Offerings themselves. Source code for open source software components licensed under terms and conditions that mandate availability of such source code is available upon request. Except for components mentioned in the section EXCLUSIONS below, the warranty and indemnification provided by DS under the Agreement apply to all open source software components and shall be provided by DS and not by the original licensor, but only for the use of the DS Offerings that is in compliance with the terms of the Agreement, and in conjunction with the DS Offerings. The original licensors of said open source software components provide them on an “as is” basis and without any liability whatsoever to Customer.
